There are two ways you can choose to select where to get the iPhone's wallpaper: (a) by downloading your own photos to set as iPhone wallpaper or (b) by taking pictures with your iPhone to use as wallpaper.
Here are the step by step instructions to change it:
1. First step is to open up "Photos" by clicking the “Photos” icon. Sometimes it may be hard to determine the icons from the pictures on the iPhone but you should still be able to see the captions clearly marked underneath the picture.
2. Second is to choose a picture you want to set as your wallpaper on the iPhone.
3. Now, tap on the button which looks like an arrow contained is a checkbox and select the "Use as Wallpaper" option.
4. Resize the wallpaper picture by changing it back and forth inside the touch screen interface until you have your desired size and shape.
