Follow the steps below to help you start iPhone Maps and find your directions:
1. Simply tap the map icon in your iPhone and type in the search box the street name or place name.
2. A window will display and several search suggestion will be listed for you to select and help you recall the correct name or place.
3. Tap the suggested location and it will pin the location with the neighboring areas.
4. Tap the pin button to place a pin on the location.
5. Tap the direction button and type in the start box your current location. Now, it will show the resulting map where your current location and the destination point of the place where you wanted to go.
6. On the top right side you find the start button, tap it and it will give guide where you want to go. You can also find on the top the mode of transportation - taxi/car, bus and walking.
7. As you navigate towards the place where you want to go, you can activate the compass by simply tapping the compass button and it will give you your line of sight.
